We’re partnering with a national insurance brokerage looking to add a Claims Consultant to their growing national claims team.

You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial claims, supporting clients through the claims process from end to end while collaborating closely with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance claims end-to-end
- Liaising with insurers, clients, and brokers throughout the claims lifecycle
- Providing high-level claims support and advocacy for clients
- Assisting with claim strategy, negotiations, and outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering timely communication
