DFP Recruitment is seeking 5 experienced Customer Service/Contact Centre Consultants to join a short-term outbound customer engagement campaign commencing in early September.

This is a fixed-term contract of approximately 2–3 weeks, providing an excellent opportunity for candidates who are immediately available and comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.

About the Role
Working as part of a dedicated campaign team, you will contact existing customers to understand their interests, gather information and identify suitable opportunities for further engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Conduct outbound calls to customers using an automated dialling platform
- Follow structured call scripts and qualification processes
- Capture accurate customer feedback and call outcomes
- Record customer insights and reasons for non-progression
- Identify and refer suitable prospects for further follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer records and campaign notes
- Meet daily activity, quality and data accuracy requirements
- Work effectively within a fast-paced, target-driven environment

About You
We are looking for confident and customer-focused individuals who enjoy speaking with people and can quickly learn new systems and processes.

You will ideally have:

- Previous contact centre, outbound calling or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working within a structured or scripted environment
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Accurate data entry and administration skills
- The ability to work towards daily activity and quality targets
- A skilled and positive approach to customer interactions

Experience within automotive, retail or sales environments will be advantageous but is not essential.

Client interviews will be conducted from 12pm on Wednesday, August 19th until COB Friday, August 21st.
