Ready to lead one of the most established Nursing recruitment teams in the market?

We're partnering with a leading healthcare recruitment agency to appoint an experienced Nursing Recruitment Managerto lead an established, high-performing team.

This isn't a turnaround role. You'll inherit a successful team of seven recruiters, a thriving client base, and a business with ambitious growth plans. Your focus will be on coaching, developing and supporting an experienced team while helping drive the next phase of growth.

Whether you're currently a billing leader or looking to step into a non-billing management role, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity
You'll be leading a team of 7 recruiters, with the majority of consultants having strong tenure and operating as highly capable, self-sufficient recruiters.

The division specialises in temporary Nursing recruitment, placing healthcare professionals into 4–8 week contract assignments across Australia. The desk services both the public and private sectors, with established contracts across NSW, QLD, ACT and NT, alongside a strong portfolio of off-tender clients.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, coach and mentor an established team of recruitment consultants.
- Drive team performance through hands-on leadership, support and development.




- Act as the go-to person for problem solving, strategy and day-to-day guidance.
- Work closely with senior leadership to continue growing the Nursing division.
- Choose to remain billing or transition into a predominantly non-billing leadership role.

About You
We're looking for an experienced recruitment leader who has:

- Previous experience managing a temporary or locum recruitment team.
- Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
- Experience within Healthcare recruitment is highly regarded, although leaders from Education or other high-volume temporary recruitment sectors are encouraged to apply.
- A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
