Do you love great customer service, working in a rapid-paced environment, and being part of a friendly team? Growers Market is looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Juice Bar while also assisting our front-of-house retail team when required.

About the Role

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Your primary focus will be preparing fresh juices, smoothies and acai bowls while delivering outstanding customer service. During busy periods, you'll also assist on our retail checkouts and support the store team.

Your Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies and acai bowls

- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude

- Operate the POS system and process customer transactions

- Assist on front-of-house registers when required

- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented juice bar

- Replenish stock and keep displays looking great

- Work as part of a supportive and hardworking team





- Follow food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

- A positive, energetic personality

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable with a strong work ethic

- Cash handling and POS experience (preferred but not essential)

- Café, hospitality or retail experience is an advantage

- Available to work weekdays during business hours and weekends as required
