About the role

We're on the hunt for a Travel Consultant who loves the craft of trip design as much as seeing a client genuinely well looked after. This isn't a role about processing bookings and moving on to the next one — you'll be the person clients trust to shape something special and see it through, start to finish.

Key responsibilities

- Get to know our clients properly — what they love, what they need, what would make a trip genuinely meaningful — and work with the wider team to design journeys around that, not just around availability

- Take ownership of the full lifecycle of a trip, from first idea through planning, bookings, and any curveballs along the way, right through to a smooth return home

- Create bespoke journeys and small group tours drawing on the team's shared knowledge and experience

- Be a trusted point of contact clients actually want to hear from, building relationships that turn into repeat travel and referrals

- Handle quotes, bookings, payments, and after-sales support with genuine care, not just process

- Stay connected with the rest of the team on suppliers, destinations, and industry trends relevant to our specialty areas

About you

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Travel Consultant (essential)

- Experience with Galileo and Tramada highly regarded (not essential)

- Someone who sees travel planning as a craft,



not a checklist — genuinely curious about people and their reasons for travelling

- Warm, natural communication style and a real client-first mentality

- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid, small-team environment, and excited to grow with a business on the move
