About the Role:

No 2 days are the Same - as a Food & Beverage attendant, you will be in the heart of the action. Greeting guests with a genuine smile, keeping service flowing and delivering food and drinks that make our guests keep coming back for more.

- Customer Service - greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience.
- Order Accuracy - ensure accurate order placement and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
- Table Maintenance - set up and clear tables, and ensure they are clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Menu Knowledge - be knowledgeable about the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
- Upselling - suggest menu items, beverages, or desserts to enhance the guest's dining experience.




- Billing and Payment - accurately process bills, handle cash and card transactions, and provide change as needed.
- Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and service stations.

About You:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
