What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct behavioural assessments and develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support workers, and other professionals.
- Support the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices in line with NDIS guidelines.
- Deliver training, coaching, and capacity-building to support teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor outcomes and review support strategies to ensure meaningful and sustainable change.
- Maintain professional documentation and reporting requirements.

About You

A suitably assessed Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Commission framework; or

A recent graduate in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Human Services, or a related discipline who is eligible to become a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

You’ll will have:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to person-centred and evidence-based practice.
- A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
