We're looking for an exceptional person to join our team as an Assistant Treatment Coordinator—someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, loves building relationships and is looking for a rewarding long-term career.

This isn't a reception role.

It's an opportunity to work alongside our experienced Treatment Coordinator, learning how to guide patients through one of the most important decisions they'll ever make while becoming an integral part of a passionate, high-performing team.

Many of our patients arrive feeling anxious, embarrassed or overwhelmed. They may have avoided the dentist for years, hidden their smile or simply believed treatment wasn't possible for them.

Your role is to make every patient feel welcomed, understood and supported from their very first interaction.

You'll help coordinate appointments, support consultations, answer questions, assist with treatment planning and become a trusted point of contact throughout each patient's journey. Most importantly, you'll help people feel confident enough to take the next step towards changing their lives.

Working alongside our Lead Treatment Coordinator and experienced clinical team, you'll receive ongoing mentoring and hands-on training in patient communication, treatment coordination, advanced dentistry and creating exceptional patient experiences.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with warmth, professionalism and emotional intelligence.

You may already work in dentistry, healthcare, hospitality, luxury retail, medical aesthetics or another customer-focused industry where building trust and delivering exceptional service comes naturally.

You enjoy connecting with people, are highly organised, communicate with confidence and genuinely care about helping others. You're proactive, dependable and excited by the opportunity to learn new skills and be part of a team that strives for excellence every day.
