ABOUT THE PRACTICE

Mornington Peninsula Dental Clinic is the longest-established dental practice in Mornington, operating from a purpose-built nine-chair facility and serving the local community for decades.

We have a large and loyal patient base, experienced clinicians, strong systems across many areas of the practice, and a practice owner who is deeply invested in creating something exceptional.

Practice owner Dr David Laskey has a clear vision:

THE ROLE

This is a busy, fast-paced and highly rewarding role.





You will be the first voice patients hear and often the last person they speak to before leaving the practice.

You'll be managing phones, coordinating appointments across multiple providers, supporting treatment acceptance, assisting with recalls and reactivation, processing payments and health fund claims, and helping ensure every patient interaction reflects the standards we want to be known for.

This is not a quiet desk job.

You'll be juggling priorities, solving problems, supporting patients and working closely with the clinical team to keep the practice running smoothly.

- Experience with recalls, treatment follow-up and patient communication
- Confidence handling a busy phone system
- Strong administration and organisational skills
