We’re now looking for a Line Operator to join our filling and packing team — someone who is reliable, hands-on, and takes pride in doing the job right.

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has become available for a dedicated and motivated person to join our product filling and packing team as a Full-time Permanent Line Operator .

With LPR’s strong focus on team culture, and safety; the role can be fast paced so we require you to be “Fit for Work” to ensure you become an integral part of the team.

The team work alongside each other during the hours of 6.45am to 3.30pm Mon to Thu, 6.45am to 11.45am Fri.

This role will suit someone who enjoys practical work, routine, and being part of a team that works together to get the job done right.

Half Day Fridays (11:45am finish)

Purpose built room to inspire collaboration where we hold team building events, training etc.

The Duties

Your duties may include but not limited to:

Packing and boxing of product

Placing boxed products onto pallets

Quality checking

Picking up anomalies of product on the production line

Completion of any necessary paperwork

Cleaning (TGA Compliant)

Once Line Operators gain sufficient experience in the role, there may be an opportunity to be responsible for the running of the machinery that fills the products (tubes and jars), ensuring that the quality and production is completed correctly.

Candidates will ideally meet the following criteria:

Able to commence immediately

Be a dedicated team player

Be reliable and punctual

Be motivated with a positive attitude

Strong work ethics

Transparent communication skills both verbal and written

High attention to detail

Be willing to work in a fast-paced team environment

Physically fit due to lifting boxes onto pallets

Flexibility with job rotation on production line throughout the day

Ability to stand and sit for periods of time

Excellent hand-eye coordination

Must have transport to/from work

Willing to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
