Are you a passionate Physiotherapist or Allied Health Assistant looking for flexible work that fits your life?

My Home Supports is growing in the Geelong region, and we’re looking for permanent part time or casual clinicians to join our multidisciplinary allied health team. Our model is community-based, personalised, and rewarding — you'll work 1:1 with clients in their own homes to help them stay safe, independent, and thriving.

What You'll Do

- Provide client-centred care in private homes




- Deliver evidence-based assessments, interventions, and recommendations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on complex clinical cases (Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Coordination)
- Empower clients to achieve functional, mobility and independence goals
- Document clinical findings and reports with accuracy and compassion
- Working closely with Care Partners from local in-home care providers to provide best outcomes for your clients

Who We're Looking For

- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapists with rights to work in Australia
- Allied Health Assistants with minimum 1 years' experience working with Physiotherapists

- Clinicians who are passionate about community care and working with seniors
- Confident working independently with the support of a team behind you
- Current driver's licence and reliable car
- Commitment to best practice, kindness, and high-quality care
