The Role

Join Carolina Lifestyle in our Mornington Boutique team where you will share your passion for styling clients in the casual position of Senior Sales Consultant. You must have at least 2 years experience in a similar roleand must be adaptable to work 2 shifts per week. (Mainly weekdays, but must be available to support on weekends if needed ocassionally)

Depending on your role, the successful candidate will be responsible for duties including the following:

Using your expertise to style and suggest products to clients

Participate in inventory counts to ensure accuracy of stock

Maintaining visual standards of boutique

Collaborate to achieve store sales objectives

Customer centric and love styling clients

A self-motivated individual who enjoys working both in a small team and by yourself at times

Open to learning and developing in a growing business

Pragmatic in approach and are passionate about retail
