About the Role

As a Production Operator , you will support the day-to-day production, inspection and distribution of products. This is a wide-ranging role requiring good manual dexterity, attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining quality and safety standards.
You will work closely with the production team to ensure products are completed to specification, quality checks are carried out accurately and work areas remain clean, organised and safe.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with production, assembly, inspection and distribution activities




- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct product inspections and testing in line with quality requirements
- Identify and report any quality concerns or non-conformances
- Stop production and escalation issues where required
- Record inspection and test results accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Work to production targets while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Support continuous improvement and undertake training on new processes or equipment when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, maintenance or a similar hands-on environment
- Strong manual dexterity and confidence operating machinery or production equipment
- A practical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve in-process issues
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic reading, writing and numeracy skills
- A strong safety-first attitude
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Reliability, punctuality and pride in your work
