About the Role
You'll be the voice our customers hear, handling inbound enquiries, making outbound sales calls, and processing orders. It's fast-paced, varied, and you'll have our in-house Naturopath team behind you for product and health questions.
Office-based, next to St Leonards station. Tell us in your application what hours suit you:
Full time — 9am–5pm, Mon–Fri
Part-time — from 3 days per week, agreed regular roster
Studying naturopathy, nutrition or health science? We'll build part-time around your timetable and roster student visa holders within permitted hours. All hours are paid at or above the Award rate plus commission. Full training provided.
Responsibilities
Answer inquiries from customers about products and services.
Provide accurate and helpful information in a professional and courteous manner.
Identify customer needs and upsell relevant products or services.
Handling customer complaints and resolving them efficiently.
Contact customers to generate sales.

Present product or service information in a clear and compelling way.
Overcome objections and effectively closing deals.
3.General:
Meeting or exceeding set monthly sales targets.
Effectively use operating system (ADM) to place orders and finalise payments.
Effective time management of calls.
Always maintain a positive and professional demeanour.
Working effectively with Naturopath and Member Service Team.
Ongoing improvement in product knowledge and sales techniques.
Provide feedback from customers.
Update records accordingly where customer information has changed.
Collect customer accounts upon request.

The successful candidate will:
Be adaptable, efficient, and responsive
Have excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Enjoy working in a contact centre environment as part of a close-knit team
Possess a general interest in health and wellness
Possess basic excel and computer skills
Possess a valid visa with a right to work or be an Australian citizen
