Duties & Responsibilities:

Assemble aluminium frame doors and windows with accuracy and efficiency

Assemble flyscreen, window, and door components

Assist with fabrication of windows and doors

Assist with loading and unloading materials and products

Assisting with delivery to site as and when/if required

Assist with glazing units

General workshop cleaning and maintenance

Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and maintain high quality standards.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Identify and perform repairs or rework on defective frames and parts





Contribute to a safe and inclusive work environment, respecting a diversity of cultures and backgrounds.

Requirements

Previous experience in fabrication and assembly work is desirable

Must be able to read and speak English to a functional level

Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work cooperatively

Punctual and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility

Open and adaptable to working in a culturally diverse workplace

Previous experience in the aluminium door and window industry is preferred but not essential.
