First or Second Year Apprentice Carpenter

Nabbcon Pty Ltd is seeking a First (no experiance needed) or Second Year Apprentice Carpenter to join our team based out of Bacchus Marsh, Victoria.

This is a full-time position offering an excellent prospect to develop your carpentry skills under the guidance of experienced tradespeople. As an apprentice, you will be working on-site, gaining practical hands-on experience in all aspects of the carpentry trade whilst completing your formal qualification. This role is fundamental to your journey towards becoming a fully qualified carpenter and will provide you with the foundation needed to build a successful career in the building trades.

What we're looking for

- First years need no experience, just a white card and a willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for the carpentry trade and commitment to completing your apprenticeship
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and workmanship
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting and carrying materials
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction from supervisors
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople




- Full compliance with all health and safety requirements and a strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliability and punctuality, with a good attendance record

No licence required. Pick up and drop off can be arranged in the Bacchus Marsh and Melton areas.

Nabbcon Pty Ltd is a small business specialising in residential framing work within West and North Victoria, Geelong and Ballarat areas. We also often work collaboratively with other teams specialising lock ups and fixes, so there is opportunity to learn skills in all areas of residential carpentry.
