Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments (MLA) is a boutique serviced apartment accommodation located in the vibrant Docklands precinct of Melbourne. We are committed to providing an exceptional and personalised guest experience, from initial inquiry to departure.

We strive to provide to our guests accommodation in immaculate condition, which requires small maintenance tasks to be completed in a timely manner.

Your crucial role is to perform and assist with various maintenance requests, repairs, balconies and assisting the housekeeping teams to move linen, extra beds, etc to ensure smooth and safe operations across our properties.

Responsibilities include routine and preventative maintenance, paint touch-ups, assisting with repair requests, handling minor fixes and maintaining detailed records of work performed.

This role requires a broad range of skills, with an aptitude for practical solutions, eye for detail, ability to assess and implement fixes.

You will also be required to assist with balcony maintenance and cleaning.

This is a casual / part time position with flexible hours to accommodate operational needs.





You must have the right to work in Australia.
