Assist Butchers: Help with heavy lifting, basic meat trimming, and preparing orders.

Packaging: Weigh, wrap, and label meat products according to our customers' orders.

Receiving & Storing Assistant: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and safely storing incoming deliveries, ensuring goods are properly organised in designated coolroom areas. Help with basic inventory management and recording.

Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and adhere strictly to food safety guidelines.

Optional Retail Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and process sales.

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience in a butchery, commercial kitchen, or retail meat workplace.
- Early starts. 30-35 hours week. Optional Saturday
- Physically fit and able to lift up to (e.g., 20kg) and stand for long periods. Forklift license required.
- Strong basic knife skills with a willingness to learn.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team
