The Role

Overnight Adventures Group is looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to join our small team in Artarmon. This is a practical, hands‐on role focused on dispatching orders, processing returned camping equipment, cleaning gear and keeping the warehouse organised.

You will take responsibility for ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time, returned equipment is properly processed, and the warehouse remains clean and organised.

The position is 25 hours per week, working five hours per day from Monday to Friday. The consistent weekday schedule may suit someone looking for reliable part‑time work that fits around family or other commitments.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

- Picking, packing and dispatching daily kayak and camping-equipment orders
- Inspecting, cleaning, drying,



folding and repacking tents and camping equipment returns
- Ensuring all equipment is clean, complete and ready for its next hire
- Keeping the warehouse tidy and well organised
- Completing routine cleaning of the office and warehouse areas
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as required
