Factory Labourers Goulburn and Moss Vale NSW

Flexiforce Australia is seeking experienced Factory Labourers to join our team in Goulburn and Moss Vale, NSW. This is a casual position with full-time hours offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. You will play a vital role in supporting our clients' operations, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a hands-on production setting.

Key responsibilities

- Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Performing general assembly tasks as assigned
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the factory floor and work areas
- Following production schedules and meeting daily output targets
- Inspecting products for quality defects and reporting any issues to supervisory staff
- Loading, unloading and moving materials and finished goods using appropriate handling equipment
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures and wearing required personal protective equipment
- Supporting team members and contributing to a positive workplace culture

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working as a factory labourer or in a similar production setting
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work on your feet for extended periods




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Excellent health and safety awareness and willingness to comply with all workplace protocols
- Reliable, punctual and able to work set shift patterns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing production needs
- A valid Driver's Licence is preferred but not essential
