Barista – Morning Availability Required

We are seeking an experienced Barista with strong specialty coffee knowledge and a passion for customer service. Morning weekday availability is essential.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 12 months' experience as a Barista
- Experience in specialty coffee
- Confident latte art skills (basic latte art minimum requirement)
- Ability to adjust coffee grind and manage various brew methods
- Experience opening and closing the espresso bar
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to carry three plates/coffees and provide full table service
- Ability to work effectively within a team

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages




- Take customer orders and manage service flow
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Maintain the espresso bar to a high operational standard
- Ensure a protected and hygienic work environment
- Handle and follow up customer enquiries professionally

This role suits a reliable, productive and service-focused Barista who takes pride in consistency and quality.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $13.28 - $33.19 per hour
