ASSEMBLY GROUND is located on the busiest street of Essendon! From Melbourne's trendy busy café scene, we are recruiting floor staff to become a part of a team at a fun and exciting café. Candidates will need to have the ability to operate the floor of a busy cafe and work comfortably under pressure. As well as excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a 'can do' attitude and friendly disposition.

To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Attention to detail in a high pressure setting.
- Excellent team member that leads by example with a hands on approach.
- High levels of energy & enthusiasm.
- Maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment at all times.
- Operate in High Volume Café.
- Have used a POS system before.
- Leadership quality and can problem solve.
- Be experienced in operating a very high volume cafe floor.
- Work at a fast pace when required.
- Be responsible, passionate and committed.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- * MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEK DAYS AND WEEKENDS, MINIMUM 3 - 4 SHIFTS PER WEEK
