Arrow on Swanston / Arrow on Spencer – Carlton VIC is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist/Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office Team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins, check-outs and guest inquiries with professionalism.

This casual role requires calm, organized individuals with excellent communication, attention to detail and a passion for guest service. Flexibility to work a 7‑day rotating roster is essential; pay starts from $33.38 per hour.
