- Hours: 10:30am - 6:30pm, Thursday, Friday and Monday (no weekends required)
- Manage the scullery and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation as required

- Previous kitchen hand experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a small team
- Reliable, productive, and well organised
- Must have own transport and be locally based
