Join our supportive team as a Community Support Worker and help older Australians remain independent, safe, and connected while living in their own homes across the Sunshine Coast region.

No two days are the same — one moment you could be assisting with daily living tasks, and the next you could be sharing a meaningful conversation that brightens someone’s day.

- Travelling location:Noosaville, Noosa Heads, Sunshine Beach, Tewantin, Pomona, Cooroy, Lake Macdonald

- Shift: Mon - Fri (must be available to work Mondays & Wednesdays)

- Hours: 7am - 3am or 8am – 4pm

- Guarantee a minimum 20-hour contract with 2-3 days per week availability OR 40 hour contract with 4-5 days availability.

- Hourly Rate:$34.42 per hr + 12%superannuation

What your day look like?

- Domestic Assistance: Help with light cleaning and keep homes fresh and tidy.

- Transport: Drive clients to appointments orassistwith grocery shopping.

- Meal Preparation: From a straightforward sandwich to bulk cooking that fills the fridge, making mealtime easy.

- Meaningful Moments: Beyond tasks,you’rebuilding trust and making life brighter for someone every day

What You'll Bring:

- No qualification needed!

- Must-Haves: A driver’s license, own reliable car

- Willingness to obtain comprehensive insurance, WWCC and First Aid/CPR

- Current NDIS check or apolicecheck no older than 8 months

- Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
