Quest Port Adelaide is a stylish serviced apartment hotel located on the vibrant waterfront at 36 North Parade, Port Adelaide , just 15 km north-west of Adelaide’s CBD. The property now offers 192 contemporary apartments across two buildings , located directly opposite each other, with our brand-new five-storey building opening in August 2025 .

With this exciting growth, we are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and guest-focused Guest Service Agent to join our friendly Front Office team on a Full Time basis .

The Role

The key responsibilities include:

- Greeting all guests in a friendly, genuine and professional manner,

- Check-in and check-out of guests,

- Handling telephone enquiries and converting these to reservations,

- Assisting in-house guests,

- Finalising guest accounts,

- Potential applicants must be available for a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays (as required). Reception operating hours are 07:00 - 23:00 (7 days).

- The shifts for this role will primarily be in the afternoon/evening from midday

- Ability to do occasional after hours on-call

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:





- A passion for providing friendly personalised service,

- Reliable and able to work a flexible fortnightly roster at both properties,

- The ability to work independently, unsupervised and within a close knit team,

- Excellent grooming and presentation,

- High attention to detail,

- Personable and bright face to face and phone manner,

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills,

- Previous experience with Windows systems and/or Front Office reservation programs (this would be advantageous),

- Previous experience with Front Office, Customer Service and/or Hospitality and Tourism qualifications will be highly regarded.
