Receptionist for leading multi franchise professional dealership to operate their busy dealership switchboard. The Receptionist position plays an important role in the image of the dealership and requires someone with a qualified and customer focussed manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers visiting the dealership
- Provide a professional and positive first impression of the CUPRA brand
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Assist customers arriving for vehicle servicing
- Support Service Advisors with customer administration and bookings
- Assist the Sales team with customer enquiries and dealership administration
- Maintain customer waiting areas and showroom presentation




- General reception and administration duties as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous reception, customer service or administration experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to assist across multiple departments
- Intermediate computer skills and confidence using business systems
- Automotive dealership experience is advantageous but not essential
