We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiasticGuest Service Attendantto join the team atNRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park, located on stunningDunghutti Country.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs and general guest enquiries
- Share local tips so guests can make the most of their stay
- Manage bookings, payments and basic admin tasks
- Help keep the park running smoothly as part of a supportive team

What You’ll Bring





You’ll be a outstanding fit if you:

- Are approachable, positive and love helping people
- Have great communication skills and enjoy problem-solving
- Are organised, reliable and comfortable in a busy environment
- Are happy to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Have experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service (preferred but not essential)
