About the role

As a Float Attendant, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, helping to achieve sales targets and generating new business opportunities. This is the perfect role for someone who loves helping people achieve their goals through meaningful conversations in a health and wellness environment and loves successful outcomes.

You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day retail operations of our store in Hervey Bay, QLD. This is a casual position, offering flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Recommending services and treatments to help the customers achieve their goals
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly sales targets/kpis
- Working independently or in a team
- Having a positive attitude and professional presentation
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
- Maintaining the presentation and organization of the retail space
- Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
- Ensuring all Floats and Saunas are cleaned and ready for each guest
- Folding and restocking linen




- Contributing to a positive and cooperative team environment

As a Float Attendant, you'll be responsible for guiding guests through their float therapy experience, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and ensuring each client leaves feeling relaxed, cared for, and supported. - Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in a similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, ambitious and people focused sales professional
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFlexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
