ABOUT THE ROLE

- The shift pattern is a 7-day fortnight roster
- Night Shift - 6:00pm to 6:00am
- You must be available to work every second weekend

As a Process Worker at breadsolutions, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for a range of tasks involved in the production and packaging of our high-quality baked goods.

What you’ll be doing

- Support the production process via the performance of various activities on the production floor
- Perform manual handling tasks
- Assist in machine operation across various departments of the factory floor
- Ensure that, at all times, all food safety,



hygiene and housekeeping standards are met / exceeded (incl. BRC, HACCP, GMP and the Bread Solutions Food Safety Program BSFSP)

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, you must be reliable and motivated.

In addition, you will have:

- Previous experience in a food manufacturing workplace
- Experience working with live product (e.g. dough or other active ingredients)
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and QCP requirements
- Comfort using technology (e.g. iPads or other digital tools for data entry)
- The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

You must be fit, strong, healthy and have plenty of stamina as this is a highly physically demanding role.
