Based at Emmetts’ largest branch, this role is focused on building strong relationships with growers and customers in a specialist, high-value market.

If you have experience in ag, machinery, OEM, earthmoving, construction equipment or similar, this is an opportunity to use your commercial capability, work across a diverse product range and make a real impact in the high-value crop space.

- Get out on the road to meet customers, understand theirneedsand provide practical equipment solutions
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships while actively prospecting for current business across the Roseworthy region
- Learn the John Deere product range,



precision agtechnologyand the broader agriculture industry from an experienced team
- Use your experience to work across an extensive AOR and represent a diverse product range with strong customer demand
- Achieve sales targets through proactive business development, strongfollow-upand exceptional customer service

- Proven sales or business development experience, ideally in agriculture, machinery, OEM, earthmoving, constructionequipmentor a related sector
- A proactive, competitive mindset with the confidence to start conversations and create opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand customer operations,identifyopportunities and offer practical equipment solutions
- Motivation to use your experience across a diverse product range and make a meaningful impact in a strong regional market
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivation, discipline and resilience to manage leads, follow up and keep moving
- Current driver’s license with willingness to travel regionally asrequired
