We are seeking an experienced Change / Business Analyst to join a major Workforce Enablement Program within a leading utilities organisation. You will play a key role in analysing current and future state processes, assessing business impacts, and supporting organisational change across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities to understand current and future state business processes.
- Conduct business process mapping, process design and process improvement workshops with key stakeholders.
- Perform detailed change impact assessments across business units, identifying people, process and technology impacts.
- Work closely with business and project stakeholders to define business requirements and support solution design.
- Analyse and document business processes across Materials Management, Field Services Management and Human Resources.
- Support the implementation of business and system changes across SAP and Salesforce platforms.
- Develop process documentation,
business requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
- Partner with Change Managers to support communication, training and adoption activities.
- Support testing, user acceptance activities and transition into business operations.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Change Analyst, or Change Business Analyst on large enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong experience conducting business process analysis, process design and process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience performing change impact assessments across multiple business functions.
- Experience working on business and system transformation initiatives involving SAP and/or Salesforce.
- Experience documenting business requirements, business process maps and future state operating models.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work across both business and technology teams to deliver successful outcomes.
