What you'll do

Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and using monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud services and applications.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in network monitoring.
Skills & tools
