Overview
Role: Snow Developer (Service Now)
Daily Rate: $900 - $1050
Start Date: 3rd August 2026 (or sooner)
Position: Day rate contract until EOY with potential to extend
Location / Office: Melbourne CBD, with 3 days in the office
About the role
This is an prospect to join a hands‑on technical function that sits right at the core of how the business runs, with visibility across ServiceNow and the wider platform ecosystem. To be successful in the role, you'd need to be comfortable building from the ground up, taking business requirements and turning them into clean, functional technical solutions that actually make people's working lives easier.
The work itself is varied and engaging; you'll be configuring custom forms, workflows, business rules and UI policies, and automating processes using flow designer and scripting so that manual, clunky tasks disappear. There's also an integration piece, connecting ServiceNow with third party tools and enterprise systems via APIs and Web Services, which keeps things technically interesting.
As the ServiceNow Developer, you'll work closely with stakeholders to shape solutions from design through to build, then own testing (unit, regression and UAT) to make sure what goes live is solid. You'll also be involved in production deployment and defect remediation, so you'll see your work through from concept to a real, working product in front of real users.
If you enjoy solving platform problems, have exposure to ITSM and Virtual Agent modules, and like the idea of building something end to end rather than just maintaining it, we'd love to hear from you.
