Heartland Bank Australia is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to strengthen our Line 2 risk capability within Enterprise Risk, Compliance & Sustainability. You will lead risk assessments, oversight of RCSA activities, and reporting to senior stakeholders, partnering with business leaders to embed risk principles across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in operational risk or related fields in financial services, familiarity with APRA CPS 220/230, and experience with GRC
