The Opportunity

Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve strong sales growth





Drive the success of a flagship store by achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets while maintaining operational excellence

Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, stock control, and compliance

Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on teamwork, accountability, and pride in what you do

Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximise performance and customer engagement

Play a key role in shaping the success of our stores bringing energy, initiative, and leadership every day.

About You

Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a retail or retail setting

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for coaching and developing others

A genuine focus on customer service and building long-term relationships

Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to deliver sales growth and drive business success

Strong organisational, operational, and problem-solving skills.
