We are looking for experienced Support Worker to assist a NDIS/Aged Care clients in Maryborough for approx 8 hours a week (will also increase). Services will involve supporting our client at home and out in the community.

What you need:

- Driver's Licence and reliable fully insured vehicle
- Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, WWC check or willingness to apply for one (We can help)
- Cert 3 in Disability and Aged Care is an advantage
- Community Access, Personal Care and Domestic Access
- Mental health experience preferred and also ok with birds
