The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales professional to join the team in a full-time, permanent capacity based in Mount Waverley, VIC. This is a varied role where you'll manage customer relationships, handle sales enquiries, and provide important support across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing prompt and professional sales support
- Prepare accurate quotations and process sales orders efficiently
- Proactively follow up on quotations and convert sales opportunities
- Maintain and update website content and respond to online sales enquiries
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers and suppliers
- Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service records




- Assist with scheduling, purchasing, and ordering of service and spare parts
- Develop knowledge of the technical product range to better support customers
- Provide general administration support including filing and document management

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in internal sales or customer service (highly regarded)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Professional, confident telephone manner with a genuine customer-first approach
- Demonstrated ability to follow up quotations and close sales
- A collaborative team player comfortable working across multiple departments
- Self-motivated, able to take initiative and handle new situations independently
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
