Media Coordinator plays a vital role within our media team. Working under the guidance of our Managing Director and Digital Director, you’ll support the planning, buying and delivery of media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across the media landscape while working closely with both our media and account service teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities

- Provide general project and administrative support to the media team in the planning, buying and execution of media campaigns.
- Assist with media bookings, system loadings, campaign tracking and day‑to‑day administration.
- Support the management of campaigns internally, including coordinating material deadlines and working closely with account service teams to ensure assets are delivered on time.
- Ensure agency systems and processes are followed, including effective time management and project management.
- Learn and manage media delivery dashboards and campaign reporting.
- Maintain daily and weekly Work in Progress (WIP) reports and assist in the organisation of team meetings.




- Liaise with media publishers and build positive working relationships.
- Develop a robust understanding of clients’ businesses, industries and marketing objectives.
- Build knowledge of the agency’s structure and functions, utilising internal resources efficiently.
- Conduct competitor and market reviews as required.
- Play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office by assisting with administrative tasks such as coordinating coffee orders, managing office supplies and supporting the wider team with ad‑hoc requests.

Experience & Skills

- Tertiary qualified in communications, marketing, media or a related discipline.
- Although preferable, previous agency experience is not essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Slides).
- Comfortable working across digital and social media platforms.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Supermetrics or Looker Studio is highly regarded, but not essential.
