EverRise Logistics is an Australian logistics company partnering with one of Australia's largest e-commerce retailers to provide professional last-mile delivery services. Our operation runs 7 days every week .

We are building a reliable, safety-focused 40 drivers delivery team for our Heathwood Delivery Station.

This is a direct employee position — not a contractor role. No ABN or delivery vehicle are required. We provide everything you need to succeed, including a company vehicle, fuel, uniform and paid training.

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

- Start before 8 am and finish at 18:00 pm each shift at the Heathwood Delivery Station using your own transport.
- Drive a company-provided delivery van.
- Load delivery bags (containing parcels) weighing up to approximately 23kg into the delivery van.
- Follow delivery routes using a handheld device and delivery app. (Typically 170+ delivery stops per 9.5-hour shift)
- Deliver parcels safely and efficiently across Brisbane.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks before and after delivery.
- Work independently with ongoing support from our Operations Team.
- Support other delivery drivers when operationally required as a team in working hours.

This is an active role involving regular walking, lifting parcels,



getting in and out of the vehicle and working outdoors.

Employment Options

Full time Permanent

- Minimum 38 hours per week
- 4–5 shifts per week
- Weekend shifts available

Part-Time Permanent / Casual

- Weekend shifts available

- Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence (no learner or provisional licence).
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- 5 Years Clean driving history record
- Valid Australian working rights
- Ability to communicate in English for workplace safety and customer service purposes.

Able to pass pre-employment checks including:

- Criminal History Check
- Driving History Check
- Employment Reference Check
- Drug and Alcohol Test

Previous delivery, courier or logistics experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Applicants should be capable of performing the inherent requirements of the role, including lifting, regular walking and entering/exiting the vehicle throughout the shift.
