We are seeking an organised and motivated HR Admin to join our client's growing team. With a strong focus on recruitment, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience across talent acquisition, onboarding and HR administration.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising through to offer stage.
- Coordinating onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Supporting managers with HR-related enquiries.




- Assisting with HR projects and general administration.
- Providing reception support when required.

What You'll Need:

- Previous recruitment, administration or customer service experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A genuine interest in Human Resources

Highly Regarded:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred.
- Experience with HRIS and Time & Attendance systems
