About the Role

We are looking for compassionate NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team on the Northern and Southern Gold Coast, Tweed, Logan area and surrounds. We are currently prioritising BUNDALL and TAMBORINE MOUNTAIN locations. You will be supporting participants in their homes and communities, helping them achieve their goals, develop life skills, and maintain independence.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist with community access and social participation
- Support with household tasks, meal preparation, and transport
- Implement participant care plans in line with NDIS goals
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and reports
- Deliver high intensity supports where appropriate (for EN's and RN's preferably)

About You

We are seeking individuals who are:

- Flexible availability (wide range of shifts available)
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW & QLD or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Completion of all NDIS Worker induction and orientation modules
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Experience in disability support, aged care, or community services
- Must have Australian work rights
- Prior Manual Handling training and experience
- Mental Health First Aid or relevant experience
- Lived and/or professional experience in disability
