Hugh Hamilton Wines is a sixth-generation, family-owned McLaren Vale winery with a bold ambition: to build the world’s first emotional luxury wine platform. We are a values-driven, direct-to-consumer business with a passionate Black Sheep Club community at our heart. As we enter our next phase of growth our requirement for additional accounts support is expanding.

The Role

Reporting directly to our Finance Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. This is a hands‑on, on‑site position.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Managing bank feeds, bank and credit card reconciliations

- Payment gateway Stripe reconciliations

- Provide comprehensive ledger maintenance and transaction support to the Finance Manager





About You

We are looking for a well organised, results-driven individual who brings energy, passion, and accountability. You will have a natural curiosity, the courage to improve processes, and a desire to be a valued member of a close-knit team.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

- High proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience working with Stripe payment gateway

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role

- Available to work full time on‑site at our cellar door in picturesque McLaren Vale, Monday to Friday during standard office hours
