As a Wastewater Service Technician at Advanced Sewage Treatment Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing wastewater treatment systems across the Victoria. This full-time position requires hands-on technical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Must reside in the general area of the Mornington Peninsula / Cranbourne area.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct regular inspections and servicing of wastewater treatment systems
- Diagnose and repair any faults or issues with the systems
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of their wastewater systems
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities
- Complete quarterly service reports for submission to local councils
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
- Overnight stays in regional Victoria required twice a month.
What we're looking for
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
- A keen attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A valid driver's license.
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
- Restricted electrical license an advantage but will put the right person through the course if required.
