Maintenance Attendant - Kings Creek Station - Live and Work in the Heart of Australia's Red Centre!

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Attendant to help keep our unique off-grid property operating safely, smoothly and at its best.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will conduct maintenance across Kings Creek Station.

No two days are the same. You will help ensure our accommodation, campground, restaurant, and essential infrastructure continue to operate efficiently.

- Coordinating the day-to-day maintenance of the property
- Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across all facilities
- Maintaining generators, water bores and sewerage treatment systems
- General electrical, plumbing,



mechanical and carpentry repairs
- Servicing vehicles, plant and equipment
- Grounds maintenance and property presentation
- Unloading deliveries and general stock movement
- Troubleshooting issues and completing practical bush repairs in a remote environment
- Working closely with management and the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

You will be someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in your work and is confident solving problems in a remote environment.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience maintaining generators, water bores or similar infrastructure
- Robust all-round maintenance and practical handyperson skills
- Mechanical ability with basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge
- Current manual driver's licence
- The ability to work safely in physically demanding conditions
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic
