Staff Australia is currently seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Die Setter to join a leading manufacturer of pool and spa components based in Keysborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded individual looking to build a long-term career within a stable and growing manufacturing setting.

Multiple positions are available across afternoon and night shifts.

Shifts Available

- Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am

About the Role

This is a hands-on technical position responsible for setting and optimising injection moulding equipment to ensure quality production outcomes.

- Setting mould tools into injection moulding machines
- Operating overhead cranes safely and efficiently
- Adjusting machine settings and production parameters
- Troubleshooting production and tooling issues
- Monitoring product quality and production efficiency
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Mechanically minded with strong technical aptitude
- Self-motivated and eager to learn




- Experienced in injection moulding die setting or similar manufacturing roles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable and committed to building a long-term career

Candidates may also come from backgrounds such as:

- Trade Assistant
- Mechanic
- Apprentice or partially completed apprenticeship
- Manufacturing technician or machine setter
