We are on the hunt for a passionate and service-driven Junior Leasing Associate to join our team at HOME Docklands. Let's be clear - this is not your typical leasing role! No maintenance management, no extensive travelling and no managing multiple landlords and buildings.



Only the most exhilarating elements of these roles have been collated for a super exciting position based predominantly in our beautiful Docklands asset. This role will also support across our Richmond asset, giving you exposure and growth opportunities across the portfolio, working a Tuesday - Saturday roster.

We will give you all the training you'll need to:

- Handle enquiries from prospective residents
- Showcase a premium residential building and apartments
- Complete application management
- Complete lease negotiation and signing
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
