The Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering engaging, person-centred lifestyle programs that promote the physical, emotional, social and cultural wellbeing of residents.

Working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary team, you will create meaningful activities that enhance residents' quality of life while supporting their independence, dignity and individual preferences. You will coordinate group and individual programs, community outings, special events and cultural activities, supervise the Leisure & Lifestyle team, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure all programs align with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies.

This role requires a compassionate, organised and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about enriching the lives of older people and fostering solid relationships with residents, families, colleagues and the wider community.
