Job Description

Chemblast Industrial Coating is looking for a qualified and skilled Industrial Spraypainters that will be responsible for preparing and painting a variety of industrial surfaces using advanced spray-painting techniques to ensure our products meet the highest standards of durability and presentation in our facility in Warrnambool VIC. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

- Surface preparation includes sanding, masking, and priming.
- Spray application of protective and decorative coatings.
- Mixing paints and achieving accurate color matches.
- Quality-checking finished work against specifications.
- Maintaining spray booths, tools, and equipment.




- Adhering to workplace safety and environmental guidelines.

Skills & Abilities:

- Proven experience as an industrial spray painter (trade qualification desirable).
- Robust knowledge of spray-painting equipment and techniques.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Safety-conscious mindset.

Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience. Fulltime Position available. Applications open on 8th July 2026 and closes on 8th August 2026.
