Paralegal (2 Positions) | 3-Month Contract | Perth, WA

Our client is seeking two Paralegals to join their Legal team on a 3-month contract to support a major SAP S/4HANA upgrade project. The role will focus on reviewing and amending a high volume of contracts and purchase orders to align with updated invoicing provisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Review existing contracts and purchase orders.
- Prepare contract amendments and related legal correspondence.
- Work closely with Contracts, Procurement, and Legal teams.
- Track document progress, approvals, and responses.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all documentation.

About You

Previous experience working as a Paralegal.

Understanding of contract law and exposure to contract review activities is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Robust attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume document review.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) will be considered for this role.
